2023 Calvary Family Photo Directory
We’re making plans for a new Calvary Family Photo Directory. Our last directory photos were taken in the Fall of 2019 and our church family has experienced a lot of change since then. We want to provide an updated tool to help connect names and faces among the Calvary Family.
Photography Process
This new Photo Directory will follow a similar process that we’ve used with past directories. Households will sign-up to meet with our photographer on-site for a brief photo shoot and select their directory image. Unlike previous processes, this is not a full photo shoot with options to purchase prints. Time with the photographer should take around 10-15 minutes and once everyone’s images are edited you’ll receive the digital file of your selected image via email.
In-Person photography is now completed.
Re-Using 2019 Directory Photos
If your household has not changed much in the last 4 years, and you participated in our 2019-2020 Photo Directory, you have the option to re-use your previous directory photo. If you would like to re-use your 2019 photo or if you can’t remember what the photo looks like and would like to see it before deciding, please contact Emma Prong (emma@cbcjoy.org) by December 3.
How Do I get A copy of the directory?
Each household that participates in photography or submits a photo for the directory will receive a complimentary black/white photocopy of the directory. If you’d like to purchase a full color, professionally printed booklet directory, they will be available for $8.50.
Historically, we’ve worked with photo companies that specialize in church directories who provided the directories at zero cost to the church because they were able to sell photo prints to families. Unfortunately, no companies like this work in our area anymore, so we will be self-producing this directory, and there is a large expense to get the directories produced and printed, which is why we’re offering the 2 print options.
We expect to distribute new directories in early 2024.
