On Wednesday, May 13th, graduating 5th graders/incoming 6th graders are invited to join Calvary Students for the very first time on Wednesday nights. Starting tonight these incoming 6th graders are invited to join us as we wrap up the school year and head into summer.
This is a great opportunity for incoming 6th graders to ease into Calvary Students. They’ll get a look at what a normal Wednesday night looks like in middle school, and they’ll have a chance to meet the other students.
We’ll end the night over in the Barn for a time of combined worship with the high school group. This is a good way for us to introduce new students to the Barn and our regular rhythm of doing special events as a unified 6-12th grade group.
Unlike Calvary Kids, Calvary Students continues to meet for most of the summer (we take off two weeks for leader meetings, and two weeks for camp/mission trip. Graduating 5th graders are invited and encouraged to join us on Wednesday nights throughout the summer for our Midweek Meetups.
We will provide each incoming 6th grader with a summer calendar, and other info to share with parents at this event.
Parents, have questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out to Jordan Baker.
