Today’s kids are growing up in a world that looks very different from the one we grew up in. Smartphones, social media, and constant connectivity have reshaped childhood, relationships, attention spans, and family life. Join us as we discuss how to reclaim restore real connection and raise up kids that are rooted in Christ.
In this seminar, we’ll explore Jonathan Haidt’s The Anxious Generation and consider how these changes have affected the kids we love and serve.
Together, we’ll look at research-informed ways to establish healthier technology boundaries, reclaim meaningful time, and give our kids opportunities to develop independence and resilience.
Most importantly, we’ll anchor the conversation in God’s Word and consider how parents and leaders can intentionally disciple the next generation toward real relationships, wisdom, and a life devoted to Christ.
This event is free and open to all.
9AM to Noon in Room 303 at Calvary Baptist Church.
