Calvary Life Groups

“Intimacy is our biggest strength. We are transparent and are always talking about the ways God is working in our lives. It has been a truly unexpected lifeline for all of us during this difficult year.”

“Very positive way to continue investing in spiritual lives of fellow Calvary members and finding ways to make connections outside of the church in our community.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Calvary Life Group?

A Life Group is a group of 3-4 same-gender individuals gathering regularly through an in-person or online platform. With the help of guided discussion tools provided by Calvary, they’ll share conversation and provide encouragement for each other. These groups can be made of Calvary or non-Calvary people – maybe you have a friend or neighbor you’d like to include!

What does a typical Calvary Life Group meeting look like?

The gathering time begins with prayer, checking on how we are doing, talking about how we can support each other, discussing Sunday’s Worship message (we’ll provide discussion questions), dialoging about our response and application as followers of Jesus Christ, and ends with prayer requests.

How do Calvary Life Groups meet?

Groups meet in person or over video chat.

What is the purpose of Calvary Life Groups?

A Life Group allows for individuals to stay connected with others in an authentic and transparent way, and to provide each other with tangible support and encouragement.
