Calvary Women is part of CBC's mission to help people follow Jesus together by giving women opportunities and tools to follow Jesus with other women. We have Bible study classes, events and groups for women. In our classes, groups, and at our events, women can:

• grow in knowledge, understanding and love for God;

• build relationships with one another and the community and world around us;

• and be challenged and equipped to live out His mission, all fueled by the unchanging Word of God.

April 2026 Prayer Focus

This Holy Week, I find myself praying for the people, needs, circumstances, and relationships around me with particular reverence and humility. How could I not as we remember all Christ has done and is doing for us?

Reverence and humility have been illustrated throughout Psalm 145 as we’ve prayed through it so far this ministry year and I challenge you to take that humble posture this month as we pray verses 13 and 14. Along with that reverent humility, also realize that as followers of Christ, we have “the love of God that is not bound” but “passed on to thousands of generations forever”. We are raised up BY HIM as we bow down TO HIM.

So come. Come let us kneel before the Lord, our God, our Maker and pray with praise and thanks for our sovereign King and mighty Savior.
